Nobody wants to have a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening, but we did. I called Nautilus, and they sent over Sergio and Bella. They got here within an hour and, though they had to keep getting longer and longer tools, they managed to break up the clog and return our kitchen to working order before dinner! I highly recommend them!

We had a major blockage with our main line and called Nautilus for an emergency service. They were able to get someone out quickly and were very methodical in diagnosing the problem and explaining our options throughout the process. This is the second time that we had the amazing Juan and his crew, and honestly, he is one of the best plumbers I've had—he really goes out of his way to explain each step and why they're doing what. At the end of the day, it was a big job, and they were always there when they said they would be, would text or call with updates on when people would arrive, and made the best of a big problem. Highly recommended.
