My husband and I had a serious plumbing issue and ended up having to cancel our wedding anniversary plans to go away for the weekend. The water from the kitchen sink suddenly stopped, and Nautilus Plumbing came out for an inspection and not only identified the problem immediately, but said they were able to take care of it the next day. It is important to note that this happened on a Saturday, during Labor Day weekend. While it did take the entire day, they were able to dig up and replace the front pipes to the main waterline, as well as replace the kitchen sink. We had just replaced the sink 2 years ago, but they were able to get a newer model of the one we had installed. Additionally, Nautilus Plumbing had to come back a few days later to patch up the hole and redo the cement on the sidewalk, but overall, it was pretty seamless. When they showed us the pipes, we thought they had a log in their hand. I honestly don't even know how ANY water got through! The next day, we had a plumbing issue with the toilet and they came out and addressed that issue as well. Overall, we are very pleased with their service, and if any other issues arise, we know for sure who we will contact!
